防焊低压喷涂机

设备简介/Introduction:

本设备利用空气雾化式喷嘴对水平运送过来的基板进行防焊感光油墨的喷涂作业，基板在完成一面喷涂后，自动翻转进行背面喷涂。该设备配备两个喷头，分别搭配独立循环管路，因此便于生产过程中的油墨切换。特别适合快板，小批量板以及样板的生产。

This equipment utilizes the atomizing nozzle to perform solder ink spray coating on the surface of PCB which is delivered horizontally. The panel will be turned over automatically and coated on bottom side after finish upper side spray coating. It is convenient to switch the ink model during production because two nozzles and two sets of independent pipes are collocated.It is very suitable for quick delivery panels, low-volume and sample panels production.
